With a passion for American hard rock, motor cycles and dragracing, SQY (aka Sequoyah) from Brabant (a Dutch province) has been rocking for over thirteen years. Not without merit, because so far the band has been the supporting act for Deep Purple, Status Quo, Motorhead and Dio. These names also give an indication of SQY's sound. True hard rock and metal, with an energetic drive founded on the rock legacy of the 70s and 80s. The recording of their new album, Top Fuel Tendencies, to be released next May, is no reason to stop touring. Songs like Cover Me in Glory and Overdrive suggest that the band also honours the motto of their last CD (Full Throttle) off-stage.  SQY Rocking Team with the Bintangs and Whisbone Ash at the Pre Party @  the Rock Palace on the 8th of june. On the 9th of june Whitesnake, Status Quo, Deep Purple and many others will appear.
